We can lend up to 80% of the value of the property depending on your capacity to meet the repayments, and if you don’t have the 20% we can use the equity that you have in another property to get you there. Self-employed? No problem if you have 2 years tax records. Our loan rates are great, the loan term can be up to 30 years.

Can you refinance your existing loan? Yes, you sure can. We just need to make sure that the refinance is in your best interest.
